Hi everyone, and welcome to Alpha Phi!
My name is Taylor Steenson, and I am incredibly honored to serve as the 2026 Chapter President. From the moment I joined Alpha Phi, I knew this chapter would play a meaningful role in who I would become. I found a community that continuously challenges me to grow, all while reminding me that I am supported every step of the way. This chapter has shaped my college experience in ways I never could have imagined, helping me gain confidence, strengthen my leadership skills, and build friendships that will stay with me long after my time at UNL comes to an end.
As you explore our website, I hope you begin to feel what makes Alpha Phi so special. Our chapter is made up of driven, kind, and genuine women who uplift one another and celebrate both the big accomplishments and the small wins. From late-night study sessions and long conversations in the dining room, to spontaneous adventures and moments of encouragement, no two days in our house look the same. What remains constant is the love and support we share.
Some of my favorite memories come from the simplest moments spent together, because they reflect what Alpha Phi truly is: a place where you are valued, supported, and encouraged to be exactly who you are.
To the women of Alpha Phi (past, present, and future):
Thank you for creating a sisterhood that has impacted me so deeply. I feel so blessed to have shared this sisterhood with so many, and I am endlessly grateful for the bond we share. AOE.
To potential new members:
Enjoy every moment of this process. Choose a place where you feel inspired by the women around you, and comfortable being yourself. College is a time of growth and unforgettable experiences, and I can confidently say Alpha Phi has been such a meaningful part of mine. I am so excited for everything ahead of you and honored you are considering our chapter.
